I felt compelled to write this review as a result of me having an exceptional club fitting experience at Golf Shafts SA.
I have played golf for a considerable number of years, and have thus had numerous prior fittings at various other fitting centres.
My research prior to my fitting, concluded that Greg Smith ( who conducted my fitting) is arguably the most experienced and undoubtedly the number 1 club fitter and builder of golf clubs in South Africa. Whilst he attends to the fitting and club making of a vast number of current professional golfers, I was at no time during the entire process, made to feel inferior or less important than a professional golfer. The overriding benefit that I garnered, was that Greg painstakingly ensured that the most suitable shaft and club was recommended to me.
The entire environment is one of both complete professionalism, but also of a “ homely “ friendly and unintimidating atmosphere, which makes it suitable for a beginner to the most advanced player.
What further resonated with me, was Greg’s committed diligence, in ensuring that I was offered the best solutions in regard to my personal requirements.
The honesty and integrity displayed, was likewise highly appreciated.
My considered advice to anyone requiring a fitting, the purchasing of clubs or shafts, should have no hesitation in engaging the services of Golf Shafts SA.

Best club fitter in the country - Greg was professional and he surely knows his stuff - going in to perhaps buy new clubs he assured me that what I have is perfect for me - i.e. he could have sold me new clubs but he did not - not like other places I wont mention - I can highly recommend these guys.
